Warning Needed: EIN Masked on W9 Vendor Update if Not Re-entered (FC to QB Sync)

Need a warning message when updating an existing vendor whose W9/EIN was synced to Financial Cents from QuickBooks. If the EIN is not re-entered, it will be synced back to QB as XX-XX1234, and the EIN will no longer be available in QB.

We've made a change so that the masked EIN will no longer overwrite the full EIN when pushing vendor changes to QBO!
