It looks like a bug was introduced. As my team is entering time on projects with no role based rate defined, the time entry is going to 0 and then non-billable. If there is no role defined, it should still default to the system rate, not make it 0. Now everyone is being forced to enter their own billable rate as an override. We wanted the ability to add custom rates where needed as an override to the team members default rate, not have to put a rate on every single client which it looks like it is forcing now. Please test and fix this.

Need to be able to add multiple billing rates per employee per client. Employee A (sr. accountant) may be working with client-Amazon on a bookkeeping project, but at a rate of $100 an hour, where as employee B (associate) is working on Amazon at a rate of $90 an hour.

Employee A (sr. accountant) now works on client- Trees, LLC at a rate of $90 an hour (grandfathered client at a lower rate) and employee B (associate) at $50 an hour.

Every employee has a different rate per client per task per seniority.

We need multiple rates per employee (rate by employee per service).

Multiple rates per employee per service item would be very helpful.
