Be able to add URL link's to tasks that are needed outside of financal cents. For example we have a payroll change form for our clients to fill out.

Kristin Thompson you should be able to put a clickable URL in the client task description. We do this frequently. Make sure to use the full URL and may have to press enter after entering it.

When we need clients to go complete tasks at another website we "Customize Upload Destination" in the Client Request with the name of the website and URL and the client sees the link on their end.
