Be able to add URL link's to tasks that are needed outside of financal cents. For example we have a payroll change form for our clients to fill out.

Right now the only way to provide a link for a client in a client task is to paste the URL (but many URLs are very long, etc) I'd like to be able to enter text, then select it and attach a hyperlink to that text.

Kristin Thompson you should be able to put a clickable URL in the client task description. We do this frequently. Make sure to use the full URL and may have to press enter after entering it.

When we need clients to go complete tasks at another website we "Customize Upload Destination" in the Client Request with the name of the website and URL and the client sees the link on their end.
