Would love to add to notes from prior months and see prior months notes on a project or maybe have those same notes be there each month so we have that info when we look at the project.

Tiffany Bastian, could you kindly clarify? Today if you have any notes in the "Notes" tab of a recurring project, we carry those notes over into the next month. Is that what you're looking for?

Amanda Aparicio Yes! I asked support and they told me "no" see screen shot.
So if I have a recurring project say "bookkeeping" and i put notes on how we handle income etc in the project and it recurs the next month will have those notes from the mont prior? (this is what I am hoping for) so at year end we have accumulated all the notes (if that makes sense)

Tiffany Bastian, ah okay! Apologies about that, and I'll clarify with the team 😁 But correct, if you add notes to this month's Bookkeeping project, then the next recurrence will automatically copy the notes at the time it's generated into its own notes.
That said, if you make any changes to the prior project's Notes after the next project has been generated, the changes will NOT propagate forward. Let me know if that makes sense and/or what questions you have!
