Time Sheet Report

Would like a Time Sheet report for payroll purposes. Currently using the Team Time Tracking report which doesn't list the date range when exporting or create a separate time sheet by employee. Ideally the Time Sheet Report would create a separate page for each employee, list pay period beginning and ending dates, and include billable and non billable time listed by day.
