Is there a setting for projects to automatically be tagged as "Waiting on Client" once the start date arrives? It would be nice to be able to designate this on projects where the client has not yet provided anything and to distinguish this from projects that are impossible to start early since the accounting period has not elapsed yet (i.e. payroll). For example, if a client provides me their timesheet every Wednesday, once that Wednesday arrives I want the tag to say Waiting on Client but I do not want it to be tagged that way before Wednesday. Some clients are old-school and will not be using a portal so I would like this option without relying on automations stemming from portal uploads
