Integrating with Phone text communications would be helpful. There are some clients who only communicate via text messages. Having the text threads within FC would also would be helpful. We use OpenPhone (now Quo) for client texts. An integrations would be helpful.

I would love them to integrate with more than just Quo. Please consider integrating with several. I use Ooma and would love to have the texts come into FC.
