Team Chat for Client Not Project
Amanda Aparicio
Suggest having a TEAM CHAT for a CLIENT, not just for a PROJECT. There are times we need to convey information that is general to the client and not a specific project. Also, a client level chat would also be beneficial in searching for a chat chain instead of trying to remember what project it was for. (Think of it as acting like a Slack Channel for a client)

Consolidating Team Chat by Client

Currently, we're having to duplicate communication about clients in FC and Slack. Ideally, team chat would work the same way client chat does -- chats are tied to the client with topics/threads, rather than being tied to projects. In its current form, it's clunky and messages are hard to refer back to after a project is closed.

I agree with having a Team chat without it having to be attached to a project.

Team Chat at client level

Team Chat at client level for each client for higher level items that don't fit projects...these inevitably find their way to Teams/G-Chats, but would be great if there was a tab on the Client Dashboard for higher level, client related chats..... we then could have an Internal client and even then could chat there on non-client stuff.... I'd love to stop living in an internal chat software and financial cents and just live in financial cents for all comms.
