YES! This is a gamechanger. We are coming from a software that had this feature and it is hands down one of our teams favs. It allows you to clearly distinguish team communication to client communication right there on the email thread. Instead of having to add your team member or forward the email to your team members and chat about it you can clearly see comments on the email thread right there. Such a nice feature to have. I can in seconds, know internal communication verses external communication.
