Taxes publishing incorrectly

When publishing items from recat, when I mark that there are taxes on an item it changes the total in QBO. Taxes added on top of previous total.

The uncat feature is okay, but could use some improvements.
I just published a $40.00 transaction and had to click into it to make sure 5% GST was selected. When I checked that it published correctly in QBO, I see that it changed the total to 42.00 instead of including the tax! This is problematic. The totals should not be changing whatsoever.
Also, I would like to see the VAT option in the list, not just when we click into the transaction.
I will have to see if I can get it to publish with tax inclusive, if I cannot, then I will be cancelling this feature.

Shauntcy Wright, just to double check is this happening when you have a tax code with multiple rates? If so, this is a bug that we're currently working to remedy!
