Spread time evenly over multiple clients/projects

I'd love to be able to spread time spent doing a task over multiple companies. For instance, if I'm doing extensions for 150 companies and it takes me 4 minutes per extension...rather than going into 150 clients projects and adding 4 mintues per project with the description "filed tax extension", I'd just say 150 extensions x 4 minutes is 600 minutes (10 hours) and then have a checklist of every client and I'd just check off the clients for whom I just did extensions. This would probably save me about 1 minute per client which is over 2 hours of entering time, vs about 2 mintues total time to check the boxes for each client. Then it would just split the 10 hours evenly over those 150 clients.

Idea for assigning hourly billing across multiple clients

When we work on a group of clients looking at something administrative we want to bill in one click a small amount of time to multiple clients. Instead, at present, we have to take the time we worked, look at the number of people on whom we worked, divide the time by people and manually add that billable amount to each client. Very time consuming. Would be awesome to just be able to select a bunch of clients (like importing via qbo) and when checking have an option to "bill X time for X category" to all.
