I am testing Client Chat in my free trial and noticed that SMS notifications do not get sent to client's for chat. Could Client Chat send an SMS to the client if they have SMS notifications enabled? It is only sending notifications via email. It would be nice if they sent as an SMS that the client could directly respond to via SMS, if that would somehow be possible. It would help move chats from texting apps to the FC platform only.
