Yes please!! - Currently, the FC proposal system doesn't work in Australia (however, we are still getting charged full price for the platform)
It would be great to be able to use the functionality to send out proposals to our clients and use an alternative payment platform (which we should be able to do regardless, Ignition doesn't force you to use their payment system)

Is there a way to make a Payment screen optional on Engagement Letters? We would like to have an option to send a quote to a potential client without making them feel obligated to provide their credit card information right away. Also, is there a way to move the Payment screen appear after Terms and Conditions of the agreement?

YES, YES, YES. I absolutely agree with this feature. I just had a real client issue because the proposal flow prompted for a credit card, the client entered it, and FC auto-charged it even though we told them to skip that step. We do not take card payments through FC and we collect payment separately via PAD. This creates confusion for clients and unnecessary billing problems for firms like ours.
We need a setting to completely hide the payment method step when payment is handled outside of FC.

We should have the ability to disable this feature when we aren’t requesting payment in advance. Leaving it on causes unnecessary confusion and adds an extra step to explain to clients that they can skip it.

The merged post in this is what we need. Engagement letters without billing or payment information collection!!!!! I really hope that this is part of the upcoming tax organizer system. We should be able to send out engagement letters and begin working on client work without the need to bombard a client with $0 invoices and requests to enter their payment information when all we want it a signed agreement to get the project started.
