When screenshots are added to the comments of tasks, I have NEVER been able to successfully open one. There is always an error, and this means important information is lost and workflow delayed trying to track down what is trying to be communicated between staff. Lots of double handling and wasted time.
This is a big hindrance, and we would really appreciate if they could become functional.

To folks who have upvoted this post, could you kindly share what steps you're taking to upload a screenshot that results in this error? A video recording would be awesome if you have it!!

Samantha Woollett, ah that's definitely a bug! Where in FC are you storing screenshots where you see this error? (e.g. in a comment on a task? In Project Notes? In Client Notes? somewhere else?)

Staff are trying to pass on information, then other staff are unable to access, and first colleague has to try and search and find this missing information retroactively - so much extra admin and fiddling. Can't download or open the screenshots. I would rather you just didn't let us attach them, then let us attach then not access!
