Would it be possible to create a resources library that I can put SOPs (as a word document) so that I can add them to new clients?

Hello, I would love the ability to add a link to an online calendar for clients to book some help with me rather than sending an email with the link every time. I do not want this link in my e-mail signature, as it's only meant for current clients, so having it in the portal would be great, or have the ability to Embed the code for the online calendar right on the main screen of the client portal, this would be even better!
