Reply to Client Chat directly from email notification

When a firm user sends a message in Client Chat, the client gets an email notification but has to log into the Client Portal to respond.
Let clients reply directly to that email and have the reply post back into the Client Chat thread, attributed to them just as if they'd typed it in the portal. This would cut response times and lower the barrier for clients who don't routinely log into the portal.
