We have our tax return projects set as a default (or team members on the prior recuring project), but when engagement letter & tax questionnaire (through Cognito Form links in custom upload destination) the project will most likely be assigned to the tax preparer that has time to work on.

When we click on the assignee in the project and replace the tax preparer, it will keep that team member as the representative in the Client Task.

**I am constantly getting notifications for client tasks that I'm not a part of, which means the team member it is intended for is not getting those notifications. Making it that I have to then go in and let the assigned team member to review the client task
