Realization report excludes invoices marked internal which doesn't help

The realization report is basing it on invoices sent, not invoices paid (per your AI help agent) and that is why my realization report is missing a lot of info. We have a lot invoices that are marked internal and paid by cash or check as the clients don't have email or don't want it that way. This report should be based on paid status, not sent status otherwise it's useless for any meaningful analytics.

have your tried "including draft invoices" I think that solves the problem. Yes not perfect but we are outside US so can't bill but i'm trying to get some effective reporting so that's how I manage.

Bit more data to narrow this issue down. Client Realization rows are keyed on time-entry date but valued from invoice date. So work performed in December and invoiced in January (with no new work in Jan) appears in neither year. In our 2025 report that is 78 clients that are missing because we did the work in Dec and billed them in Jan.

Might have narrowed it down further that even if there is time on the client, if there is no project that the time is attached to, it might also be excluded. So those might be the 2 scenarios, marked Internal or no project for the time to be allocated to.
