The spacing is very bad, the pdf print version is very poorly laid out and you are not able to view and EXACT preview of what the client will see in their email or phone. If a client or our firm were to print this PDF for our records, it looks very poorly designed and not professional.

Proposals also should have an option that says - billed on completion with no dollar amount listed on a service IF a service is mandatory to put in.

The proposal formatting is not acting correctly and overall looks poorly.

In Word, the same formatting is all the same but when I copy and paste it into the Services and Terms sections, they "look" differently and not consistent. I think what I am asking for is a consistent look to the proposals across all sections no matter what I put in. Different fonts and sizes make it look bad.

Also, the header is way too large and is overlapping itself, the logo is too small, and the Table of Contents looks odd.

I would like a formatting reboot of the proposals.

would like to choose font style, customize layout (right/center/left), not so many boxes
