I want to be able to customize the body of the email clients receive when we send a proposal. Currently it is a standard email we can't change.

The email received by a client from a proposal should be editable. The feedback I am getting from the current email is that it is very spammy and suspicious.

Our most common use of the Proposal & EL function is to send out Engagement Letters (EL). Is it possible for the user to edit what is written in the email that is sent. We would prefer to tailor this to more align with the signing of an engagement letter instead of proposal language

AGREED. At a minimum, if we could put placeholders in the body to have the client name & proposal name.

I agree on this one. The proposal system is very clunky and can't be customized

I don't prepare proposals. Only engagement letters so this would be really nice to be able to change the language
