We should be able to run a report easily summarizing what clients have and have no yet signed their proposal, along with the service items and values detailed. And a better way to see on the front screen page for a client if a proposal is outstanding or not without having to go to the Billings Tab to look. Its too out of the way and not a great way to manage this.
