I am finding it very hard to ensure that I have seen  all of a clients communications with me because they can add a comment to a client task, they can send a chat under multiple subjects, they can email me, they can add a document to a client task or to the client upload. I'm struggling to see all of the comments my client made in various open project I have. The chats and emails are easier to see a chronological list of but I need to go and search each one separately. And then hunt and peck to find comments added to client tasks.
