Currently, clients have to check off client tasks for us to see that they completed a task. However, clients generally don't do this, which leaves us guessing as to whether they actually did a task or not. We just used the client task feature to provide our clients with direct access to a document, but we would like to know who has actually opened that document. Since clients don't generally check off the client task, it would be great if we could receive email receipts when the client clicks on the attachment. (A similar example is that, on email platforms like MailChimp, we can see who specifically has clicked on the Call To Action button.)
