Notification Setting for Chats w/o Response

It would be helpful to have a notification setting to receive a notification for Client or Team Chats that have not received a response or like within x amount of days.

To add to this. It would be very helpful to be able to control the notification time as well. If I have different work items open with different chats and/or client request communication happening between different team member don't want to bombard client with multiple notifications in one day. Having maybe a daily digest for any chat notifications added to the portal for the day. If we have a checklist on our client request and the client comments on each item and then we respond on each item they receive multiple notification regarding the same client request we are working on.
