Firms end up with multiple separate chat threads for the same client or topic (for example, a chat started from a project and another started from the client profile, or several near-identical threads created over time).

Right now, there's no way to combine them, so history gets fragmented across threads and it's hard to see the full conversation in one place. Add the ability to merge two or more chats into a single thread.
