When a client drops off paper copies or emails documents outside the Client Portal, a firm user has to upload them. The file gets attributed to the staff member and doesn't show up in the Client Uploads Report, even though it came from the client.

Let me mark a file in Client Files as "Uploaded on behalf of [client contact]" so it's attributed to the actual source and appears in the Client Uploads Report alongside files the client uploaded directly. Bulk marking should be supported for when a client drops off multiple documents at once.
