Mark as READ when opened

Once a notification is opened and READ it should be moved to READ rather than having to physically check it. Or have a flagging option for READ or Keep/Priority.

Bumping this up. Currently going through FC notifications takes up a lot of time as I then have to go into the notifications bar to only mark read the ones I want to close.
