Logs of Client Task Notifications

Would love to have an option to view a log (or ask support for a log) of all client task notifications that have been sent to a client. Similar to how I would be able to see these in my Sent mail if I were manually sending them - it may be helpful to see how many times and when a client was sent a notification about their tasks if we need to troubleshoot or explain to a client that these emails have been going out.

100%!!! I have set up recurring client requests and had clients get upset that I "never" requested information... after a bunch of back and forth (check your spam/junk & direct email explaining FC), we have been lucky to not have irrate clients - but having a solid log of EVERY time a request has been sent would be reassuring to have

Ability to see the history of notifications sent to the client instead of only seeing the last time it was sent.

I agree. Audit trail is needed to show ALL dates 1) initial task request, 2) view receipt, if possible, 3) EACH reminder sent, 4) when completed. The purpose of the audit trial is to substantiate proof of client delays.
