Is it possible to limit notifications to only the tasks they are directly assigned to a staff person within each project, rather than all activity across the entire project?

The issue is that when staff are assigned to multiple audit engagements, they currently receive hundreds of email notifications related to all the tasks in the project each week as clients upload documents. This volume of irrelevant alerts is inefficient, and the staffer has to manually filter out what is important notification and what is not.
