Sandy Rehart, we have this feature available in Financial Cents! You can see if someone has viewed the invoice via the Audit Log at the bottom of the invoice page

Amanda AparicioOkay thanks. It's kind of buried. I have to open the invoice to see it. In QBO, when you look at the list of invoices for a client, the date opened/viewed shows up. It's much easier to see without digging/opening the invoice.

If I bill through QBO, I can see when a customer opens or views an invoice from me. Can we get a similar feature in your billing system? It's helpful because sometimes invoice emails get overlooked or end up in junk folders, and I can confirm whether the invoice has ever opened or viewed. It also helps whent they say "I never got the invoice," but I can see it was viewed.

It would be great if we could track if a client has viewed an email invoice. A history with date and time of sent emails and if client has viewed the invoice.
