We need to be able to globally set the notifications for when a client uploads to a folder - particularly the upload folder.  We have over 800 clients and it is not feasible to go into every client folder and change that setting when we need to change it.  If a client is assigned to me globally - I should be able to elect globally to see what they have uploaded.  This is a significant issue for us during busy season where we want additional staff members to help manage the uploads just during these busy months.
