Generic representative on client tasks

Would like the ability to send client tasks by a generic representative. Currently, we have to pay for a seat license to send tasks from a generic representative.

Need to be able to use our 'tax@' email with "The Tax Team" as the representative for sending client tasks, as we don't know which person will be their representive, and we LIKE keeping this generic as specific staff may change...

This would be helpful for us - as we have a office email that everyone uses in outlook. Clients are now reply to the representative emails and it creates a delay in our response time.
