Allow users to create forms that clients can fill out directly within the Financial Cents portal.
Specifically, forms should allow for the creation of tax organizers.

Yes - this would be very helpful. We need this for this upcoming tax year because we used TaxDome for our business Organizer and Stanford Tax is tailored enough to our business clients.
Any work on when it will be completed?

On the bookkeeping side, this would be fantastic for onboarding forms to collect the business details we need to make sure no accounts are missed at onboarding.
It'd also be fantastic if there was a way that we could have a public "online" type link to a form for lead generation. Many of us collect a few quick business details before discovery calls to make sure we are prepared and to get an idea for when pricing comes up or what I call the "fit filter" if their needs align. This would act similar to a Google Form or Jotform and if the public link were used, the system would create a new client with a "New Lead" tag for tracking pipeline. If the email used on the form already has a client file created in our firm then it would just route to that clients file.
One thing I often run into right now, is that I do collect a lot of scope information on my pre-call questionnaires and much of that information does cross over into the onboarding form (like business name, contact/owner names, phone, email, address, entity type, accounting system, last year filed). The onboarding form has more detailed information requested ( such as list of each bank accounts name, credit card, loans, etc that are needed to QC and make sure things are connected in QBO/Xero). It's nice when at least the demographics carry over so they don't have to input the information twice. Currently I manually copy/paste over before I send them the form and it takes time.

This would be an amazing feature. Client intake, specific info to support services like corporate formation, dissolution and domestication, yearly tax questionnaires, quarterly checkins with bookkeeping clients to see if anything's changed, etc. It could operate in a similar fashion to your template library for workflows.

For all our tax clients, our preparers have a list of initial questions they send by email (templated in FC) to them every year. The responses come back in all sorts of formats and at times are not always easy to identify and/or always completed.
It would be great If there was a form to be able to do this with. We could list the question on the right, and on the left they could tick YES, NO, N/A. At the bottom of the form could be an area to leave any extra comments or notes about their return that year.
That would be a much better structured way for both clients to deal with the questions as well as staff quickly identifying any areas that need attention.
