Instead of integrating with other e-signature platforms, create an e-signature feature directly within Financial Cents.

We are 15 days from the tax deadline and Adobe signature integration with KBA does not work.
Even when it did work, maybe half my clients complete it without error.
Edit 110 minutes of customer support help later... no support was provided except:
- telling me not to use the product
- telling me to contact adobe using a method I don't have.
- telling me AFTER 110 MINUTES of wasting my time that they will now escalate the problem to their dev team.
- at the 90+ minute mark one of the full responses was "Oh, I see. And you have to send the document as KBA?" ... why yes, obviously I wouldn't waste 90 minutes with customer support for something optional.
Full chat log attached (yes I'm beyond mad about this). I've never seen customer service this bad. It's one thing to be slow but right, it's another to waste 110 minutes of my time before even involving the actual people who know how to fix the issue.

BoldSign and PandaDoc are developer-friendly.
Please give us another option integrated into the portal that works and is not too pricey. Adobe is too expensive and it isn't working.

Is it possible this could be on the roadmap for 2026? We use SmartVault with their DocuSign integration, but would love to move to Google Drive once it's out of Beta. The only thing that would be missing is esignatures with the ability to do KBA if we moved to Google Drive. Adobe doesn't work well and the KBA add on is expensive.

I would really love this. I run a tax practice. The bulk of my KBA e-signature needs are on the 8879, which I run through ProConnect. But occasionally I need standalone 2848/8821 KBA signatures, and I'd love to do those through Financial Cents.

Hello, While the Client portal is super user friendly, I have approx. 1 in 5 clients who are successful in completing the signature task, the other 4 out of 5 clients have major issues and cannot figure it out. Having this integrated into Financial Cents would really help those clients who are not tech savvy. Especially since the current Adobe link expires in 30 min!
