File Preview Error

It appears that file types other than PDF throw an error when trying to preview in the portal. It would be really convenient if commonly used file types such as Excel (.csv & .xlsx) and Word (.docx) could be previewed.

When we first started using FC, these would preview on screen. Today and for the last several months, it is very rare that they preview. Each time we need to download to view the documents which is not great. Is this being actioned to correct to what it was?

Michael Brajak, we've since fixed this bug for new files moving forward! For prior files, however, you may still see the bug for now.

We've released a fix so you should now be able to preview non-PDFs within Financial Cents 🎉Do note that this fix impacts new files moving forward only!

Huge pain point. Just had a client let me know, and honestly, I didn't have a great answer.
I send in Excel so file can be formatted in the way they like which isn't possible with PDFs

Yes please - definitely a pain point for us. We are constantly downloading to simply view the files.
