Feedback on Mobile Accessibility for Clients

We’ve received feedback from several of our clients regarding the mobile experience on your platform. Specifically, users have reported that:
Not all content on the page is viewable unless the device is rotated to landscape mode.
Certain documents are difficult to download or view without adjusting screen orientation.
Overall, the interface does not appear to be optimized for mobile devices, which is impacting the client experience, particularly for those who primarily access our services on their phones.
We wanted to ask if there are any current or upcoming plans to improve mobile responsiveness or if a dedicated mobile app is being considered. This would significantly enhance usability and accessibility for our clients and likely improve satisfaction and engagement.

Mobile app is a game changer. For clients to be able to take a picture of the requested receipts on the phone and getting them to respond to quick questions can only be done through a Mobile app. Otherwise, clients will only be texting or emailing, which we are trying to avoid as much we can.

YES Mobile App. I hear this from so many, our company included, that I hope users see this to support putting a mobile app on the roadmap.

I agree with this statement. We have many clients who work from their phone and not a laptop. It would be fantastic to have a mobile app of FC for this reason.
