Exclude Weekends

If a task is due on a certain date (i.e. the 25th) of every month, it would be great to be able to move the due date up to the Friday before if the due date falls on a weekend.

Ability to "Skip Months" on Recurring Tasks
The Problem:
In Australia, businesses lodge IAS (Payroll) for the first two months of a quarter, but the third month is skipped because it gets rolled into the quarterly BAS lodgement.
Currently, to automate this, we have to create two identical templates set to recur every 3 months on different offsets. This is inefficient and creates messy duplication.
The Solution / Request:
Please add a way to tell a recurring task to skip specific months.
Ideally, we want to configure a single template to:
Run: 1 Feb, 1 Mar
Skip: 1 Apr
Run: 1 May, 1 Jun
Skip: 1 Jul (and so on...)
Why this helps:
It would massively reduce template clutter, allowing a single template to handle complex Australian tax cycles instead of forcing us to build and maintain duplicates.

Or, move it past the date. Like most filings, it is due the following Monday.

Would like to have the option to move it before the weekend or holiday date or after that date so projects don't show up as past due when the date falls on a holiday.

Public holidays (bank closures) would be a must also. Without this change, our payroll workflows are borderline useless. We have to adjust every single date on every single task when a weekend or bank closure moved the pay date.

I would also suggest adding an option to customize which days clients receive email reminders. For example, I have a client who would prefer to receive reminders only on Mondays and Wednesdays, since those are the days they are in the office handling administrative tasks.
Currently, daily reminders are overwhelming for them and tend to clutter their inbox. Having the flexibility to select specific reminder days would greatly improve the user experience.
In addition, there should be an option to set a customizable time for when the reminder is sent, based on the client’s preference (for example, 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM).
It would also be very helpful if these reminder settings could automatically repeat or setup on new project, so they don’t need to be reconfigured each time.

Absolutely!!! This is a must-update and should be very simple... It would even be better if you can add public holidays on a calendar where the system then treats it as "weekends" or non-working days.
It often happens that deadlines are not the last day of the month, but the last business day of the month.
