Exclude specific contacts from being selectable in a client chat

Is it possible to exclude specific contacts from being selectable in a client chat? We have certain contacts, such as auditors, listed for email purposes, but we don't want them to be selectable by a particular client who receives questions from department managers.

I would love the ability to make certain team member profiles invisible from clients. We have employees that are seasonal or do not deal directly with clients and they have been sent messages by clients that were missed.

Certain contacts on the client list should be restricted from being added to a client chat. Please provide an option to exclude specific contacts from being added to the chat.
