Enable manual time entry while timer is running

Yesterday I did some work on client accounts that hadn't been assigned to me yet. Since I couldn't record any time entries on their projects, I wrote down the time I spent on them. Today, having gotten access to those clients and their projects, I went to record my missed time entries for yesterday. But I couldn't record them without stopping the timer tracking my admin work. I shouldn't have to clock out in order to do the work of logging my work hours. This is going to be an issue any time I need to edit my past time entries. Time spent manually recording time is also time that needs to be tracked.

We cannot create a manual time entry if a timer is paused. FREQUENTLY- I've got a timer running for the project I'm working on but then get interrupted briefly with a phone call, email or Slack message. I do not have the option to create a manual entry even if my timer is paused. Sure wish I could! Can this functionality be provided please??

Amanda Aparicio - what I do is open the "interrupting client's" profile and click "start timer" and pause the current timer. This way I'm not clocked into two clients at the same time, but can resume the paused timer when the interruption is over.
