I love the ability to create standardized email messages for the jobs and tasks, however I would like the ability to create email templates for clients that 98% of the verbiage is the same but we might need to add some additional information like the total amount of the payroll or amount they owe for a GST return or the amount they are receiving as a GST refund. We've changed the behavior so that the Template dropdown always appears, even if you don't have any templates created yet!

Yes we need a dropdown listing all the templates from the EMAIL CLIENT interface. Has been needed for quite some time now.

Email Client
from the project page, there's a dropdown of all the templates in the bottom right corner (see screenshot). Is that what you're looking for?Photo Viewer

Taylor: no worries! The dropdown won't appear if you don't have any saved email templates. Once you create a template under
Email > Templates
, you should see that option. If not, let me know and I can loop in our support team!
