We are new to FC but my team and I find we are wasting alot of time looking at emails over and over as there is no way to mark an email that it is finished and just for reference now, or that it has been converted to a project, or needs to be looked at by the other team member. Is there away we can add a customized tag to the emails so at the inbox level we can see the status of the email.
