The ability to see at a glance if emails in the Client Profile have been read or not, and to change the read/unread status from that section would improve visibility and make this feature more useful to us.

Commenting and having an internal discussion on an email is absolutely key for this being an effective email integration. Also once the To-Do function is available, creating a To-Do from an email and assigning it to someone is a must-have.

We're also encountering challenges with the email integration. We`ve discoverred that we don't see other teammates' emails if not added in their email integration.
There should be a way to have complete access, exclude any personal communication with client, a more powerful email filtering.
