This is super important for our audits, based on the feedback from our auditors, they really want this ability to see a detailed list of the uploads the clients give us. Currently, when a client uploads item, we receive an email that "several" items have been uploaded. This too vague for us.

This is what we have been struggling with as a firm. Client is bombarded with notification of outstanding tasks from all open projects. So if we have 4 open projects for them with different departments they are receiving reminders all the time from different projects. Having a daily/weekly digest email sent to a client only if they have outstanding tasks would make the client experience more calm and not overwhelming

I think this would be very helpful. A daily digest would make it much easier to stay informed without getting pulled into constant notifications throughout the day. For firms managing multiple clients and team activity, one clear summary of completed tasks, uploads, and other client activity would support better oversight while reducing interruption fatigue.
