We would appreciate better workflow reports. For example, when planning capacity for next tax season, we want to be able to see how many returns the preparers completed by April 15. That's just an example but I'm sure many firm owners would find this so useful. Right now we have to do a lot of work in Excel based off the task list download from FC.
