The client dashboard page divides space evenly across blocks (projects, recent documents, tasks, recent activity) regardless of how relevant each one is to a given firm. Contact information is squeezed into a narrow side panel while mostly-empty blocks take up the bulk of the page. Firms want the ability to resize, remove, or rearrange dashboard blocks so the page reflects what they actually reference day to day.
