Came here today to request the same thing. Creating a project is great, but a lot of emails just need to be pinned to or become a task within an existing project.

It would be great to be able to associate a pinned email with a task or create a task within an already existing project from the email.

Yes, please. Karbon has this ability and it is the feature I feel like I'm missing most after having tried both platforms.
