It would be awesome to also be able to add a task to a project from the client chat.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to convert a client email into a task within an existing project.
Pinning emails is useful for reference, but it does not fully solve the workflow problem. If a client sends multiple emails in one day related to the same project, each email may contain a different action item. In those cases, we still have to reopen the email, reread it, and manually track what needs to be done.
A “convert email to task” feature would make it much easier to:
turn specific emails into actionable tasks
assign them to the appropriate team member
keep the work tied to the correct project
This would be especially helpful when different emails from the same client need to be handled by different people on the team.
