Need the ability to control the frequency of client upload email notifications and to include a summary of what was uploaded.
Currently, the options are either an email for every individual upload or a general notice that uploads were submitted by the client, without identifying the specific documents or tasks received. That is not efficient for firms managing a high volume of client activity because staff still have to log in and manually review what was uploaded.
A better solution would be customizable notification frequency, such as immediate, hourly, or daily, along with an email summary listing the specific items uploaded. Our prior portal, ShareFile, offered both features and supported a much more efficient workflow. See the example below:
