Allow the addition of a domain as a client contact (i.e., anyone with an email @companyname.org) so that anyone from a specific client would filter to client inbox instead of just listed contact. And - when those who aren't listed as contacts send a message, add an "Add contact" button.

I've previously worked in a system in which every client had their own email address that was used for all communication to and for that specific client. It was created when the client was onboarded and emails stayed forever in that client account.
We would send and receive emails via that client email address and it would be used when setting up new logins for apps/bank accounts, etc.
Our business outlook/gmail was used for internal/operating messages only.
