90% reason I initially invested in financial cents was to centralize and sort email. I love that email sorts to the client but there is no way to tag, sort, save to a folder, mark read or anything. It has become the achilles' heel. My team wastes so much time looking at the same email all the time as there is no way to organize the email. It is costing me alot of money. I have asked a few times to the onboarding team but they have no suggestions how I can use email effectively. I know you are investing so much time on building out FC with many great things but I think this is huge and should be a priority for all users. I would love to hear any suggestions of how I and my team can use email effectively.
